Porifera’s uniquely gentle process can reduce alcohol in wine to <5%, <0.5% or even <0.05% without losing characteristics of the wine varietal. The process preserves delicate floral notes, astringency and other characteristics of the initial wine.

Our process can reduce alcohol in beer to <0.5% ABV or <0.05% ABV with minimal loss of aromas & flavors, preserving brand character.

While de-alcoholizing we can also concentrate wine or beer to reduce shipping weight and improve shelf stability.
