Clean water from products
Our concentration process gently extracts water from products. We can help you separate juice or coffee into a fresh concentrate and clean water.
For example, a typical juice processing facility producing 2-3 Million gallons of juice per year may draw about 1 Million gallons per year from local municipal water utility. Concentrating 1.2 Million gallons of juice (from 9 Brix to 50 Brix) can create 0.9 Million gal per year of clean water, reducing water intake from the water utility by 90%. Alternatively, water from juice can allow facility expansion without buying more water from the local water utility.
