Role Overview

We’re looking for a trailblazing Head of Sales to lead the charge in bringing Porifera’s groundbreaking solutions to industries that need them the most. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Mission: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Porifera’s vision of transforming the global beverage industry.

  • Lead with Purpose: Cultivate relationships with food & beverage industry leaders & innovators, helping them unlock new opportunities and solve complex water challenges with our technology.

  • Drive Innovation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating their needs into tailored solutions that showcase the unique capabilities of forward osmosis.

  • Inspire Action: Represent Porifera at industry events and conferences, sharing our story and creating excitement around our mission and technology.

  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that our solutions deliver measurable value to clients.

  • Adapt and Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities and positioning Porifera as a leader in sustainable water solutions.

  • Own Results: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and exceed revenue goals, proving that doing good can also mean doing great business.

Qualifications

  • Passionate Pioneer: You’re excited about tackling global challenges and have a strong desire to make a difference through innovative solutions.

  • Proven Closer: At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales, including 3+ years in beverage processing equipment sales, membrane technology sales, or related industries.

  • Technical Storyteller: Ability to bridge the gap between complex technology and its practical, real-world benefits for diverse stakeholders.

  • Relationship Builder: You thrive on creating meaningful connections with clients and have exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strategic Thinker: You’re self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

  • Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel up to 30-50% to connect with clients and represent Porifera globally.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000

POSITION OVERVIEW

Porifera Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Production team and help scale up efforts to roll-out, demonstrate, and commercialize new sustainable solutions for water treatment and product concentration projects based on our proprietary forward osmosis membrane technology.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and have hands-on experience with automated mechanical assembly lines. The Manufacturing Technician will operate and maintain production equipment as well as perform all responsibilities necessary to carry out timely production of Porifera elements. The individual in this position will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for a number of tasks including but not limited to those outlined below

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely and efficiently operate and maintain a variety of automated mechanical systems

  • Prioritize daily tasks in accordance with production goals

  • Assemble, test, and package products for shipment

  • Documentation and communication of tasks

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Organized, detailed oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated team player, comfortable in a hands-on small team environment

  • Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and priority changes

  • Experience working on automated and semi-automated assembly lines

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to lift 35 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, check for fine defects, and distinguish between colors

  • Experience maintaining mechanical equipment (includes pneumatic actuators, stepper motors, position sensors, valve blocks, etc.)

· Experience with building mechanical equipment, wiring sensors, motors or robotic fluid-dispensing is a plus
